Only in Portland

Portland is a unique city. I love it for that very reason. I am not often 'surprised' by anything I see here. However....this completely caught me off guard.

I was walking to the hospital during my lunch break one day and this is what I saw. After walking past it I had to turn around just to take a picture all the while silently praying that the owner wouldn't walk up as I was doing it. Thank goodness for cell phone cameras.
