Welcome to this day!

It is Friday! Woohoo! The following photos are of the painting that Mother Nature created to greet me, and many other Portlanders for the morning. Really, the pictures don't do it justice, but this was the view that said good morning to me when I opened my front door today.

The clouds were moving very quickly. The two pictures were taken only moments apart and you can see the change in light and color.

Off to work. Then during the lunch break a small group of us walked to Portland Nursery for their Annual Apple Tasting. I don't think I've tasted so many apples and pears at one time, in one place. Wow. Look at that line! The apple cider was pretty much amazing, also. The weather was perfect for a walk and being outside for a little mid-day excursion on a Friday.
